Subtly adding in Global Goal #12 : "Responsible Consumption and Production" into The Lexington Line's newest issue S/S '17, "Editors' Picks." In all seriousness, I am most proud of this issue and the #lexline family who made this all possible. This print issue is more real, this print issue is more socially-aware. Whether it be focusing on Emma Goodnough's article on gender-targeted cyber harassment or Tonya Burk's article on mental health in the music industry, we are creating a dialogue about social issues. It goes to show how much responsibility we have and how we need to be more aware and accountable for everyone who we affect even if we're from the fashion industry, art industry, music industry, or news media. With such influence each of these realms have, we have so much potential to give back and promote sustainable development. That is what I feel The Lexington Line is beginning to initiate and aspire to. That is why I am so proud to be a part of such a driven and innovative team and family. Grab your copy today, and let's continue with this dialogue and take action. Check out the online version here.
