After a long hiatus of preparing for finals, relaxing during winter interim, and visiting family, I finally hopped my way over to Paris in mid-January.

Week one. With four connecting flights in twenty-two hours time, jet lag and delirium truly impacted my first few days from arrival, having me only explore the city of Paris at night. Later throughout the week, I gained familiarity around my neighborhood and arrondissement. I went to local market, the parks, and cafes. Ils étaient charmants. I imagine the photos I have taken below would suffice more in describing my explorations thus far this past week. Prendre plaisir!

Week two. I got a little more acquainted with my neighborhood and the metro, making it easier for me to explore. I basically chosed an area in Paris off of Google Maps and then went around.

Week three. I began checking out museums. While there, I got lost a numerous amount of times.

One thing I am learning is to be okay with getting lost because it gives more opportunity for exploration. I'll be sure to post more of my excursions in Paris. À plus tard. -MASR
